Need help with wheel fender gap
Hey Guys,
I'm about to get an alignment so i'm checking my suspension and wanted to get some suggestions to how big of a gap for a 19" fat tire setup. At the moment, it's between 1 and 2 fingers in the front. I haven't set the back yet, but i want the flat look. Any suggestions otherwise instead of what i'm doing, any help would be appreciated.

I always liked about 1 finger up front and basically none (no more no less) in the back. You may have to shave the fender tab but with the 19s fat, you'll still have good enough clearance for most street driving.

One thing I do is mark the perch with a marker to know when I went a full turn. Also if you have EDFC, remember to shut it off/on after you adjust the coils to let it adjust itself. It has to zero reference after its been fiddled with

should i not get an alignment till i figure it out after driving a bit, is it bad to drive with new tires and no alignment? I want to get an alignment after i get it right. I just put on my wheels tonight and i feel like the rear is off between the right and left side, i'll take pictures and post them here soon. Let me know what your opinions are, i highly value them.
I went to a chain that has the newest equipment and they do free alignment adjustments. Thats why I said it takes about a month or 2 to get it right, because when you change the camberr/caster/toe settings, it changes the height.
Once you have the car set where it looks pretty good, leave it for at least 3-5days to let it settle somewhat, then get an alignment. If need be, adjust again, ride around for 3-5days, then align again.
I am going in for my 3rd alignment sometime this week. Its a pain, but if you want that perfect stance, its all worth it.
Hopefully you dont have a long commute, if not your tires should be okay
