Alright, since TXSTYLE has already set his time and date for Saturday. I'll still host the one on Sunday, August the 10th, for people that can't make it on Saturday (hope people from Saturday can make it too). I'll also give a 10% discount to all CL members. Let me know what you guys think...

Since there is over a week before the meet, another option would be to extend the meet to some other day (perhaps the week following August 10) which is optimal for everyone, that way everyone can get together....just another option.
