Can’t we all just get along!
It’s all cool.
No doubt, if prior commitments, distance, etc. weren’t in the way, we’d all show up on the same day – whichever day it was. But this is the real world, and I couldn’t be there on Saturday if Bush and Clinton were going to mud-wrestle each other. Others are in the same boat.
So what’s the down-side to having a 2-day event where some of the faces change each day? It’s the TEXAS TWO-STEP. Step one – Saturday, step two – Sunday. Shame we don’t have more time to promote the meet(s).
My .35 cents worth.

Check out this link for a meet they have every saturday nite in the woodlands, tx. it is like 45 minutes north of houston. I went the nite the pics were taken and it was very cool with lots of cars.

Now you know, back when I initially STARTED the "DALLAS MEET" thread, I could have sworn I was the organizer?
Oh well....I will reiterate that as it stands there will be "a CONSIDERABLE" amount of other cars/people on Saturday Aug. 9th! And I would think that (and having organized umpteen MEETS) the vast majority of us enthusiasts would want a "Generally Larger" turnout especially with different types of vehicles! That makes it all the more fun to get up close and personal with other cars and vice-versa...
As Tiny has stated and I stated waaaaaaaaaay back when. The "BIG MEET" will be SATURDAY at the Pizza Place. I encourage everyone to make it. If not.........I tried.
