All,

There are a couple of us (Cliffud, t3ts and 4GRAINR) headed out to EOS and I wanted to share our plans to see if anyone else wanted to join in or meet up.

Here is the current plan (updated):

Thursday (9/21)
- leave for LA late afternoon (after work for everyone more or less)
- hotel info pending

Friday (9/22)
- Leave for San Jose at 1pm with SoCal convoy
- check out area
- group dinner with NorCal crew
- hotel info pending

Saturday (9/23)
- AZ group breakfast (?)
- free day
- hotel info pending

Sunday (9/24)
- early AM car detailing (?)
- EOS event
- drive back to LA

Monday (9/25)
- 4GRAINR has to visit TM Engineering
- head back to Phoenix late afternoon (or earlier if you have to be home)

That is the current plan. Cliffud might stay an extra day or two either in the San Jose area or down in LA. t3ts and myself have to work on Tuesday. Feel free to PM me if you have questions or post them in this thread. Like I said, I'll update it as soon as I know more.

quick post! and for earlier tonite, sorry. with your exhaust sounding the way it does it just sounds like your gunning it, and im a sucker for a wide open throttle. i wont try to keep up with you anymore. that camry we past didnt appreciate it either!! haha

1PM - Depart SoCal
7PM - Arrive in SJ, meet with NorCal guys for Pre-EOS Meet Dinner

Saturday:
Open day to visit Bay Area

Sunday:
9AM Morning Roll In
3PM Depart for SoCal right after the end of the meet.

FYI AZ group-

Sounds like we're going to make a one day trip to SJ with a break in LA if we leave on Friday morning. I'm fine with that but Zach is thinking about going straight to San Jose.

How long/miles is it to San Jose????

This is going through LA to SJ.

 

Props to flipside for point out the huge error in our plan (and for giving us the correct information)!

Here is the deal ...

We can go out Thursday after work and sleep in Friday morning in LA or do the whole drive to LA then drive to SJ in one day thing.

Cliffud and I just spoke and it might be healthier, safer and smarter to break it up into two days instead of one.

Any thoughts?

Is it possible to say that I will be tentatively going??? I just have to check with my business partner to see when he is on vacation.

 

If there is more than a 50% chance that you'll be going, you should probably register on www.lgwnorcal.com - it doesn't cost anything but it would be good to reserve a parking space.

I might be game.....just have to coordinate with my office cause I am going to Cabo from the 9th-16th so I would have to take that Friday and Monday off the week after. I'll know in the next few days

 

We need two places for hotel rooms. One in LA and one in SJ. Ryan (Flipside) told me about the hotel rates in SJ. We are on our own to get hotel rooms in LA.
