It's been confirmed.

I'm taking the LS instead of the GS450h or IS350.

Ryan, you wanna know if I got the LS460 from HQ?

Last year it was the Friday we arrived. Previous years it's been the Saturday night before the meet. I can never forget that first SoCal/NorCal so called mini meet dinner back in 2003. That was when I first got my 2004 fresh from Longo the day before and surprised all of you guys that night haha. That mini meet turned out to be 21 cars deep for some reason...and it was all LAST MINUTE!

Looking forward to seeing all the socal peeps. Hopefully the dinner is friday nite, as I think we'll be pretty busy sat nite getting everything together, not to mention spending the day cleaning the car.

Bumping this back up. I only have 13 responses from people so far. Keep them coming. The more rooms we can book, the more negotiating power we have.

Thanks!

Also if you guys want to join us in either the convoy or just need hotel info, please PM me the following with the SUBJECT LINE:

EOS CONVOY & HOTEL or EOS HOTEL

And the following info must be included:

Name
Screen Name
Age
Location
Vehicle
# of Guests
Email/Phone

If that is not put in the subject line, I will not answer it due to the volume of PM's i'm getting from other members. Thanks for your understanding.

My comments on the Hotel.

We spent quite a bit of time last year searching for a nice hotel that had good, safe and secure parking for the cars.

We also managed to have everyone's rooms facing the parking area. All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast buffet is included, rooms have DVD, internet access as well as free use of PCs in the business office.

There is a pool and gym and it is close to major freeway arteries, namely 101, 237, 680 and 880

Not ony is this an ideal location, but it is close to major restaurants and 24 hour shopping, DIY car wash, etc.

I STRONGLY suggest that even if you do not convoy with the group that you make arrangements with flipside909 to stay at this same hotel.

We will be having an out-of-towner welcome mini meet / dinner arranged as well, so one more reason to stay here.

You are getting the rooms for about 40% off. The price is not dirt cheap, but hey you own a Lexus. If you decide to find accomodations on your own, I can't guarantee on the following day that you will still own a Lexus.

The name and location of this hotel is being withheld for security reasons.
