I know there are a couple of guys here from the specified area. I was wondering if you guys could identify yourselves. Maybe set up a meet or something in the future. My friend has an IS and they have meets serveral times a year. Seems like the last lexus (all cars not just GS) meet in this area was a long time ago. Unless I missed out on something? I only came on the lexus scene about 3-4 months ago because thats when I got my GS.

We should get something going. Or if there is something about to go down...give me a heads up. I want to see some of your bad *** cars!!

BTW: I'm from Plano. Around highway 75 and Legacy.

Hell yeah. It's about time for another big DFW area Lexus/Toyota meet. Set a date and I'll make plans to attend. I'll man the grill if you get a longer tong for the food this time. Let's set it for the first weekend of November to kick off the fall season.

 

I am new to the CL site as well. Own a silver 2001 GS430. Just started installing some new Mods. I live in Plano at the Tollway and Windhaven Parkway. I think it would be great to have a local get together. I will keep an eye on the Southwest forum for more news.

 

If there are any GS owners living in the Dallas area how about heading over to the Southwest region forum. It appears people in the Dallas area are trying to set up a meet of some sort. I posted to it a few days ago and no one has since. I spend most of my time on this forum so I figured that is where all the Dallas GS owners are as well. Anyway, if interested head to the Southwest forum to try and get some interest started. It would be interesting to see how many Dallas area GS owners there are.

How many do we need to make it a real meet? Does anyone have any ideas of a good day and meet place. Lets start thinking.

 

I think we would need 15 cars or so at least. Also more people would be nice. It doesn't have to be a GS only meet...although it would be nice to get a panoramic of 15 GS's in a line

As for location. I think everyone should put down their "general" location. Then we can find a centerpoint for everyone to meet up at.

Yea, I think an any Lexus Dallas get together would be great. I was not thinking it would be limited to only GS's.

The best location for me would be anywhere in the North Dallas arera. I live in west Plano near the Cinimark on the Tollway.

As for age......All I will say is that I was 20, 19 years ago

 

One more thing. I think we should nail down a date pretty quick. It would be nice to do it before it gets to cold/rainy. Maybe the beginning of November?
