The Meet/BBQ/Show/Shine is on July 9th (Saturday) 2005

INFO on the meet itself:
The meet will be at the grassy area/parking lot/ picnic area on the right hand side as soon as your enter, the meet is NOT at the museum, but in the area in front of it....
they were kind enough to host/sponser us/help us all out. I will be thanking them personally! Everyone needs to show up and support!

We will need the following items:
coolers,
generator
stereo sound system
folding chairs
food
drinks
table cloths
banners
cups
etc

ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE RULES AND REG.
-They are ALLOWED
-No glass
-No hard liqur
-Beer and wine only
-Kegs are ALLOWED
(In my opinion I saw we ditch the drinking it COULD be a liability issue)

Activites:
Go carts*
Autox
Cuise down turnpike, sawgrass,alligator ally, or a1a*
BBQ($5-7 to cover food and drinks)*
Dinner*
Lunch*
Possible raffle(Dealership)
Small show contest/judging done by a moderator*
Photoshoot*

Im open to many options for events or activites...As soon as the agenda and activites are posted all of your guys will know...more info as it is known it will be posted...Please get people going on this/get the word out...all help is appericated...

Place = Any Dealership that will be able to accommodate us...

Vendors = Have Shining Monkey and Toyomoto represent their goods at the dealership.

Photoshoot at Dealership.

Cruise down A1A and maybe Alligator ally.

Dinner... and lets not forget the night life!

and you all know that ill be there as long as its not the same weekend in august as the HUGE lexus meet in Maryland. (yes... im going to maryland for a meet... i am dedicated ) just let me know the details, and ill be there.

 

it wo uld be sooooo GREAT if we did something in miami around june 11th, then we could all go to DUB show on june 12th.. in miami..

 

you know rick that would be great , i am not really into that dub scene but rolling with you guys would be great

 

The Dub idea would be great if not for the fact you have to roll in your car the night before and leave it there fridaynight into saturday and can't get it out until the show is over saturday night. I don't think many would want to do that that aren't real crazy into the show scene..

i do hope its in june or before cuz anything after that i can't attend again..

no, the private invite bbq is at my house, the public bbq is at the park...the private bbq is a whoel different story...
