I mostly use my iPad and forgot to write down my password. Trying to login on my PC I used the forgot my password instructions. I entered my email and requested a new password etc and it said I would get an email with instructions but it never came. Tried a few more times and got a message that said I hadn’t completed the CAPTCHA information but I never saw the CAPTCHA and never got an email.

 

A couple of items here. It appears you use gmail, which is very good at delivering our email. So the likely possibility is that the email went to your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder. If you're using an email client and not the web-based email login, you may not see the Spam/Junk/Bulk folder contents of Gmail, depending on the setup, as the Spam/Junk/Bulk folders may not be in sync between your email client and the web-based client. I checked our email system to see that emails are being sent and received, so we know the email system is working on our end.

The CAPTCHA appears to be working for me in my testing, however, it may not work with browsers that are using specific extensions that modify the functionality and/or appearance of the website.

We can reset your password to a random password and PM you the password.
