Caught in the Password Retrieval Loop
I have not been active in the forum, and forgot my password. Don't know who to direct this to, but each time i went through password retrieval, it sent me back to the same password retrieval page in the email that was supposed to help me reset my password. I finally gave up and started a new user ID under a different email account. What a hassle! Has anyone else encountered this? I tried to send a reply to the webmater, but it would not go through and starting all over again was the only successful way to go.
