Default Administrator - Check.Site Settings

No sign out, access messages on mobile display...so am unable to send you a PM on topic.

Pushing button between mobile and full site does not toggle.

Default Administrator - Cannot access messages

Let's try this again:

Although I am signed in, I cannot access my messages or sign out...

Since I composed this message, it does indicate I now have two messages in queue instead of one

So if you sent a message a few minutes ago, I cannot open it..

No sign out, access messages on mobile display...so am unable to send you a PM on topic.

Pushing button between mobile and full site does not toggle.

Please respond here so I can assist with troubleshooting.

Thanks

Attached is image depicting absence of sign out button and messages button

IAm Unable to access your messages because there is No Message Button, so sending messages that I am unable to open is not dispositive.

I'm not sending you any messages other than to let the automated system notify you of your merged threads from the incorrect post locations into the correct site problems forum.

You've already created three posts about this, two in the incorrect forum (you know they go here).

Please be patient until IB JT can look into this issue as I noted above. It's Sunday night, cool your jets superstar.

YODAONE, I'm not able to replicate the issue you're reporting with the lack of Sign Out link, no PM link or the non-working View Full Site link. You wouldn't see the Sign In link after you've already logged in so that's actually normal.

I've attached a screen capture showing the Log Out and PM access links appear for my account. Note that it would be the same for your account. Also note that the View Full Site link is simply a standard hyperlink.

This all means that it appears to me there is an issue with your browser. My first suggestion would be to disable whatever 3rd party plugins you have. It appears you may be using Google Chrome (which is what I used for my reference) but you didn't provide those details so I'm not certain what browser (or version) you're using. Either of those things could possibly be the reason for your issue as it appears your browser is not executing the code correctly to omit some links and also break others.

A quick update. I just noticed another member posted a similar screen capture showing the lack of PM and Log Out link. However, our Test Account, with same permissions as the accounts showing the concern, does have the PM and Log Out link. So this is not appearing to be any account-based concern but still possibly a browser issue.

So we definitely need more information. We need to know what browser is being used, what version, and to re-test with 3rd party plugins disabled.
