Pop-ups only happen on this site. Unable to switch to "full site" from mobile app and"sign out" tab is absent.

 

The site is not infected with virus. The site does not run Windows. What I suspect you're reporting is pop-up ads and/or redirects. Unfortunately, it's the all common ad issue that does happen to other sites. In order to assist, we need some additional information. A screen capture of the ad redirect/pop-up and/or a click-through link.

Also, the mobile "app" is somewhat depreciated in favor of the mobile skin. The mobile skin should have a view full site link as shown in the attachment below. You have to tap on the menu button to see the option.
