How do I delete photos that I upload?

I try to upload some photos to create a sig and now I can't delete the photos that I up load. I tried to delete them but it told me that I don't have the permission to do that.
Can someone here help me out?
Plus, how can I make my sig bigger?

Sounds like the Borg from Star Trek. Your images have been assimilated, resistance (and trying to remove them) is futile....

Just post the full URL to the gallery image you want deleted and I'll whack it for you.

I need the full link, not just the image link. Something like this.
