After the adress, the server switches to https. A warning window will pop up, warning you that this certificate has not been signed by a trusted authority. You need to accept the ssl certificat. Check your internet explorer settings, it might reject unauthorized certificates by defualt.

Garnet,

I tried it and was able to save my address and move forward. Be sure to click 'save address' instead of 'new address'.

Talking Success

Tried again today and slid right through without a hitch. There was a difference though - when I tried before, there were TWO sets of address areas and I only filled out one - all that should be necessary. I even thought about going ahead and adding my office address just to get the second one occupied. Today, there was only one address area and had no problem. Anyway, thanks for the help - I've returned to the flock and am at peace again
