You shouldn't have any pop ups while browsing CL logged in. Need some more details please in order to help, best case take a screen shot.

Were you browsing logged in? If not, is the 'pop up' you are asking about the one that says "Ask a question"? if so, log in and it should go away.

What device, OS and browser are you using?
