Recently I have been unable to post using my computer and Chrome browser.
Also there are a lot of ads that pop up while I'm logged in.

when i try to write in the post field or respond to a thread, it doesnt allow me to type anything.
i have no issues with other forums im on.

Any advice?

Run a spyware cleaner like ad aware, there should be zero ad pop ups while logged in.

After that Delete your chrome browser cookies and log back in and try again.
