Lexus Customer Service forum issue
I submitted what I thought was a legitimate question about our new 4RX to the Lexus Customer Service forum in December but it wasn't "accepted" (posted on the forum) and I didn't receive any feedback about it from them. Anyone else had this experience?

My understanding the group in Lexus that staffs this has had some significant turnover and as a result their response has been a bit spotty. There are a lot of other threads also unresponded to, so don't think yours is singled out

It's too bad they don't allocate more resources to it as it could be a tremendous source of good will. Good work on helping manage expectations though. I admit I hadn't seen it.
