I noticed that it has been 10 days since a post to the "Lexus Customer Service" forum. I know that there has been at least one post (made my me) with questions relative to issues with Lexus Enform, but no one has responded. This is the 2nd time a question I've posted has gone missing.

It is great to have someone from Lexus on our forum, but if this is an example of their "Customer Service" then I'm disappointed.

About six hours after this post "LexCareSP" showed up and started answering questions left in the Lexus Customer Service forum from 10 days or more ago. Better late than never, I suppose.
