I keep getting an error when going to some threads. Especially one I started I can't access, finally I just used the mobile site via Safari. I don't know what the issue is. I have tried deleting the app, putting my phone on airplane mode, closing all other apps and powering the phone off. Once I turn it all back on and reinstall the app, I still have the same problem. It comes and goes but usually lasts for a day or two at a time.

Yes I have tried that as well.

 

Sorry about all the error messages, sick21. We're aware of the issue and working on a new mobile app that should resolve them completely. In the meantime, I encourage you to try using our newly enhanced mobile site. We recently updated it to include many previously app-only features such as an image uploader, post formatting options (i.e. bolding and italics), and an indicator for unread PMs.

We aim to have our updated app available as soon as possible, but hopefully the mobile site is a suitable workaround for you until then.

Glad to see this is being fixed. I just started experiencing it on my tablet and phone. .

Thanks Dave and Jason. For the record same here for about 5 days now.

 

The beta app is live for Android. They haven't flipped the switch on for CL yet though. I've used it for another of IB's forums and it seems ok. Don't know if there's a way to pay and get rid of ads. Also doesn't support landscape viewing.
