Hi All,

Quick question for the Admins - is there a time period when your CL gallery pics disappear or are purged?

I got a PM regarding the gallery images I uploaded 8 years ago and linked to in this thread:

All the pics no longer work as my gallery is totally empty, so the links to the images fail.

Any ideas?

 

Hi, we're aware of the issue (as you can see my signature image is impacted too!) and IB is working on potential solutions.

Aye, agreed! I thought I was having some sort of flash plug-in malfunction, until I realized that the pictures weren't appearing on my iPhone either.

 

Images should be back, let us know if you don't see 'em

 

Still don't find the old gallery pics. I have a couple that aren't duplicated elsewhere and I'd like to be able to copy them back to one of my own folders for safekeeping.

 

Can you post a thread to where the link is broken in the forums?

If you are looking to browse through the old pictures, the access toolset to that gallery (which has been read only for years) is no longer supported by the vendor and created some security gaps. It is no longer available. The images should all be there though as I understand it.

 

This comes up fine in an old thread, but I can't get to the gallery so I can copy off the collection.
