Malicious Website Warnings
Notice it is not pointing to clublexus, but another site.
I had an issue about 2 weeks ago where I was flooded with that but just within FireFox, IE and Chrome were unaffected.
I had to uninstall FireFox and then run my malware scanners and then re-install FireFox to get it to stop. It was also not isolated to just clublexus either, it affected all sites for me. Still not sure how I even got it.

Is there any particular thread you are viewing when you get the message?
Also if you can provide more details on platform (pc, mac), browser versions and what software is providing the error message (assume malware bytes from screen capture but confirming same for both browsers)..
Have you run a virus and malware/spyware scan?
