Sometimes Ill be browsing Clublexus and its perfect. then all of a sudden the pages will stop loading and I will just get a blank white page as it is waiting. On the bottom pages, chrome says that it is "waiting for static.ibsrv.net"

when I wait about 3 minutes and click reload, everything is back to normal. But this happens to me everyday and its annoying.

Any thoughts? is it clublexus or is it chrome

 

It's possible that it is the forum. Over the last couple of weeks we've had performance issues on / off due to DOS attacks, sometimes significant enough that pages don't load.
