I heard from a buddy of mine that he is unable to get into the marketplace area. This is kinda weird. I note also that to the left of the marketplace before is a little lock when i look at the page.

Are specific forums restricted to specific individuals (eg clublexus paid members). Its weird that he has access to the site except for the marketplace.

Any ideas what the problem may be?

The lock on the marketplace forum has always been there, it just wasn't as noticable on the previous version. It's basically set up that way so that you have to use the sub-forums (GS, SC, Wheels, etc) and not post everything in the main marketplace forum area. There aren't any forums that are restricted based on paid memberships at this time. However, there are some new informational areas that non-paid members do not have access to. More information on this is coming soon!

We should have fixed your buddy's issue as well.
