is it just me or is the marketplace missing, its not in the forum menu 4 me anymore, i tried logging out and back in and its still missing , ahas it been taken out or is something wrong with me

hello, just wondoring , i still can't acces the marketplace, its not in my forum menu and if i go to a direct link it says i don't have permission, is there a reason why? had a couple of things 4 sale and can't view them, also now that the new site has been rolled out how do i become a piad member? i want to help out and contribute to the site's progress.
