yeah, i got my sway bar/steering rack kits from the guy in under a week...my control arms are taking forever and a day. if mike (FIGS) gets some made i will just give up on TM
it seems that the only people who have encountered some issues are the ones who purchased the control arm bushings. I ordered sway bar bushings & the steering rack bushings and received them within 5 days after ordering on a weekend. no problems from me & I also asked them about their delays via email because of all the talk on the forum about them being on back order Todd responded back every time. they did confirm some items are on back order and they ship as soon as they receive them.

Not sure what's taking so long with the cotrol arm bushings. I guess everyone is having the same issue with the control arm bushing. If any of you get it let us know.

I receive an e-mail informing me that Steering Rack Bushings and Upper Control Arm Bushings are out of stock but on order and the expected wait is 2-3 weeks.
Would I like to receive a partial order of what they do have in stock now and wait, or wait until everything is ready at the same time?
I sent my reply on February 26, 2010 at 7:25 PM. (Friday) to send what they can now.
The next day, Saturday February 27, 2010 I receive my partial order:

Yes, I couldn’t talk on the phone to the guy, but the e-mails and service were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. And he charged me $0.27 less than the order!

***** i ordered mine on 5-8 and got a tracking number a couple of days later but it just say "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on May 9, 2010 to expect your package for mailing".
So i went to my local lexus dealer today and they had never heard of steering rack bushings or a front control arm bushing kit, if TM Engineering is so effed up where else can one get these bushings, im badly in need of mine, but id rather not purchase them then throw my money away to a company like TM.
his emails started out as great customer service but been almost 2-3 weeks and 4 emails l8r and he hasnt answered any recent emails....and i still dont have my stuff nor have i been billed as far as i recall
