Default *** The Drama Continues*** (resolved)

I cant believe i have to come on here again tonight and post about this issue but ive had it with Carson Lexus.

Most of you read the thread last week in regards to them billing me for (2) GFX front lips & (1) GFX rear w/ tips then not shipping it for 2 weeks. It wasnt until i posted that they miraculously found my kit that day and ship it out! NOW both managers posted in the thread & the moderators as well, they emailed me the tracking number and had the customer relations manager get involved and the issue was supposed to be done.

The package arrived today by UPS when the driver dropped it off there is this big a$$ hole in my box like someone used it for a *****in handle! I took pics & opened the box and would you believe there where only (2) Front Lips. After all that BS...

THEY COULDNT EVEN GET THE ORDER RIGHT WTF!!

I called and spoke to the customer relations manager and told her that there was no rear shipped and she told me that its 430pm there time and that there is nothing she can do today. The person she needs to speak with is gone & would call me tomorrow.

Im at a complete loss for words...! I dont know what else i can say and honestly im done warning them.

How can a lexus dealership who is a sponsor have such disregard for the members of this forum?

Why arent they held accountable for each transaction by the moderators?

How much money have they made by being affiliated with this site and yet numerous members commented with complaints.

I am not here to address any ones issues other than my own but as an active member on this forum i need to comment on this nightmare of a transaction.

Its 7pm my time and im going to the rally to be a part of HISTORY this evening.

Now tomorrow i will keep everyone posted on what happens but this issue will be resolved....

wow sorry to hear that..
I've purchased couple things from Carson, and so far Luis and Steve have been a great help..
sometimes things can get out of hand..maybe something happened?
I wouldn't start opening up a thread go all crazy at them until I personally talk to them..

but yeah..I understand that you are frustrated..hope Luis and Steve get back to you ASAP

Carson is really Toyota but they sell lexus parts...I've ordered from them before and would in the future...as SeOuLiS250 said you should speak to Luis and Steve to get this straightened out...good luck

Believe me my frustration is warranted & well deserved. If not one takes the time to speak up and address this type of behavior it will continue. A mistake is one thing but to acknowledge your error and attempt to apologize but then turn around and not ship me what i paid for!!!! That is not customer service, or becoming of any professional company! I dont drive a ford or some piece of crap i expect solid service nothing special...

be patient... SEMA is this week and luis is out of the dealer at sema for now.. just cool off till tommorow.. patience is a virtue just wait and it will be resolved tom... and as for the mods disciplining the vendors, i dont think anything could be done there... the vendors help support this bad **** forum.. if it wasnt for them you wouldnt be posting here right now... dont forget your not the only customer they deal with... im not trying to sound like an a-hole just being real.. since i too work at a dealer... esp with how the economy is right now they are probably under staffed... just like the dealer i work for is...

As much as I like Carson, they do seem to have a bit more problems lately than before. Sorry to hear about your luck

I'll find out what's going on, I can assure you on the shipping part we don't send out the parts with huge holes in them, sounds like UPS did some batting practice with it.

Luis is away at the SEMA show all week, I'm gone only Wednesday but will be back in the office Thursday. I alerted Cesar to this situation and I will personally take care of this and make it right. I don't know the full story but if you can please PM me that would help expedite it.

I'm sorry for this situation, I'll be in contact with Luis and Cesar to straighten this out ASAP for you, I want you to be taken care of.

yeah i been waiting weeks for my jun-tw spoiler too ummm i didn't get a tracking info yet either cesar told me that they will ship it and give me tracking info but i got none its been like two weeks.

this seems to be an on going problem as of late. I can say that I had one good transaction with Luis in the past. Carson sent us a few raffle items for our first large meet. But I can say that I sent a large list of items to have priced out ~2 mos ago when I got my new car and I never got an answer back? So I just went and purchased from another vendor and they have been great to deal with.

I hope this gets taken care of for the OP!

You've just been given a public personal re-assurance that your situation will be take care of, why come on the next morning and continue to gripe? Show some class and give him a chance to live up to his word. We are all sitting back and watching to see how they handle your problem. Chill out a little.

Had you taken the time to read the posts in the thread you would have seen i replied to Steve but felt the need to clarify for those who continue to say "be patient" there under staffed or anything else. That is not what "Carson" is saying so dont justify things for them.

I am looking forward to Steve's reply tomorrow...

Next time please check out both threads & understand the entire situation before you comment ( Reading is Fundamental )
