There have been people who've had problems with him, I remember reading a huge thread a while back, don't remember which section but search and you'll find some very unhappy customers. I know Todd used to have a great reputation around here but I think he's lost it in the last year or two. I hope you can get things resolved.

i ordered the steering rack bushings on Friday night i believe and got got em Tuesday at the office.

could be because the bushings are smaller and easily obtainable than the sway bars?

What do I do if I cant get up with him? I dont want to buy another set from somewhere else..and then get screwed when he decides to charge it...

They are a terrible company! Take your money out of the account and close it while you still can. Purchase your sways from somewhere else.

If you were trying to purchase the Daizen sways you're better off with Sewell. They're cheaper - $439 vs $499- and Sewell doesn't rip you off on shipping like TM does.

Good luck in getting your problem resolved.

Oh man I just placed an order for the steering rack bushings. I hope I get the parts especially for what they charged for shipping.

When i place my order with them the first time, shipping to VA was very fast. But they sent the wrong parts and getting the new item took forever! Good luck to you guys who have placed orders with this company.

I just ordered a set of Control Arm Bushings from these guys. It took 3 days to get the order. I was very suprised. I ordered from Sewell the same day and that order did not arrive for almost 10 days. So I can personally vouch that they are processing some orders these days.

This can definetly be an annoying situation. It sounds like your money is still in your account so your safe there. I would go with Sewell on your sways, also get the TRD's they are much better.

Some companies don't charge the card until your order is ready to ship or has already shipped. Try calling them again to check the status of your order. GL

Just came home from VA and saw that they sent the parts on Friday and they should be arriving tomorrow. I'm not vouching for them as I've heard good and bad things about them but this is my first experience with them and so far it seems ok except for the overpriced shipping charge.

Tell me about it. I live 15 minutes away from them and TM charged me $16 for shipping. They ended up using a flat rate envelope that cost maybe $5.
