It took a bit longer than I had anticipated to get my sways and bushings from TME. Patience is a virtue when dealing with TME. Don't worry, you will get your stuff from them eventually.

I ordered basically my whole suspension from Todd (Tein CS, & Complete Daizen bushings), I've had no trouble with this company or reaching Todd what so ever...It's probably very busy for him, it is modding season right now...Give the guy a break, TM is a great company and Todd is very knowledgeable...

I have officially given up on TM Engineering. May be a great company, but you just can't be serious about business with support like this. 6 e-mails-no response. Voice mailbox has been full last 3 times I've called. Almost 4 months and no contact=lost my business. I already ordered my bushings from the dude in the UK. Daizen's are national back-order.

Their service sucks... took like 3-4 weeks to get my bushings especially since I am about 30 miles away. I called after the second week and asked if I could go pick them up and some guy (which didn't sound like Todd) gave me an attitude. If it would not have been for AutoCoutureSC responding to my pm I would have lost my cool, btw the shop never replied to my emails or calls.

I am not trying to sound like a little girl r anything of that matter but it slowed MY process on my suspension work.

With service like theirs I would rather buy from someone out of state from now on if I ever need bushings or whatnot.

I don't care how busy they are. It's part of business, and you have to be able to control both sides of sales if you're going to do both. Damn it! I just ordered a set of rack bushings too, and on the 30th of May. Sht, haven't heard a word from the since. Why are people so inconsiderate?

Dang all these bad stories. In May I ordered my full Daizen front control arm bushing kit and had it within a week and half.

Maybe it's on the way. You know how UPS takes forever sometimes. That's why I always ship with Fedex instead, because sometimes they'll even arrive earlier than expected. UPS seems to lag most of the time. It seems like even if your part is ready to be delivered today, if they are still a day early, they'll just kick back and wait until tomorrow, lol.. That's my impression of them.

Hopefully, my rack bushings will come it shortly.

JJsc3, my experience with UPS and fedex is EXACTLY like yours. I hate it when the parts could have arrived on Friday, they end up bringing it to my house on Monday just for the sake of being 'on-time'.

My experience with Todd is he is a one man show trying to do it all. He does not have time for customer service. If you want Daizens in a timely manner with customer sevice, there are many options available. Here you go direct from there web site:
