Did an edit on my signature and saved it but it does not update on the posts I make?

What was the change you made? When you go back into your user profile is the new detail still there?

 

Just added some wording, rearranged some and added my Lexus

 

The signature in your profile looks the same as the text you have now.

can you try to change again even just one new line, and make sure it saves?

 

Just deleted the sig and reentered a new and saved. Just looked at it and it did not save and same as below?
It shouldn't be this difficult.

 

There is no known issue with updating signatures. Also, signatures update retroactive as they're stored in a database and called on the fly.

Did you receive any error messages on update?

 

Did receive these errors

1. You may not delete your signature picture while it is in use in your signature.
2. Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 8 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines.

So how to fix to comply with these messages?

Tried to edit the signature and it refuses to allow. I even deleted the sig and it did not save the delete. I even tried to delete the picture by checking the box for it just to see what happens, no change?

Is there something that needs to be turned on to update?

sounds like you are putting in too many lines of text. Try to update it with less text

i just deleted your current signature, see if you can rebuild as you want using just the text (no image).

If you get that error again try less text. After text works re add image

 

Thanks for that move to delete the current sig
Then redid the sig and deleted the pic. The saw the change occurred so added back the pic.

Went back to edit sig and did a insert the image, now will post and see what happens

and no pic appears?

 

Went back and deleted pic and reloaded pic and did a insert pic, and no pic........help again ?

 

What does the error message say?
