Default brakes pulsating

Alignment checked, NEW rotors and pads(did it with the old rotors and pads with only about 7k miles on them).........and I STILL have the pulsating in the pedal....I can even feel the pulse at slow speed in the pedal...not so much in the steering wheel.

Any thoughts?

Seems like re-surfacing (turning of) rotor is needed. Which one? Can be any or all 4 wheels.

Machinist have a dial gauge and they can measure and tell which rotor or all are bad. [Machinist should know to compensate for run-out --- wobble in the bearing]

Lower Ball joints or tie rods. Or seized, frozen brake caliper.

Thanks guys......

***** joints are all fine.
TWO set of new front rotors and it did the same thing....so .....pretty sure it's not the rotors.......
Calipers are free to move......

NOW I'm starting to think it might be the ABS kicking in............gonna take them out and clean them on Friday........too much weather heading into the North East next few day.....

Just pull the under hood fuse to the ABS and road test it.

Rotate tires...could be a balance issue. If it is, pulsation will be noticeably less with bad tire(s) in the rear.

I had exactly the same on my RX. "Calipers are fine" - but they weren't! When its doing it real bad, jack the car up and try turning the wheels. Could also be a collapsed brake line but that's pretty rare. Have you checked the wheel bearings?

Pothole wheel damage?
At speed a slightly bent wheel can nearly go unnoticed, during braking weight transfer loads the tire and you can feel that flat spot transmitted into the chassis.

Get the wheels checked. They will balance fine but a bent lip does exactly what you're talking about and it doesn't take much deflection to feel this.

Already rotated tires and had alignment checked at the same time.

Pulled the fuse for the ABS and I don't have that BAD pulsating anymore.

But I do apparently have a warped right rear rotor.......can feel it in the car on braking.

Gonna replace the rear rotors and remove and clean ALL ABS sensors.

Thanks for all the help!!
