Grinding When Turning Left After Hub Assembly Replacement
New here... I just replaced the front passenger side wheel hub assembly on an 06 IS250. Everything was put back the way it was and torqued to specs with exception of the dust shield. I had already put everything back on when I realized I forgot this. When I started the car to drive it the ABS light was on along with the Check VSC and Check 4WD. On top of this, the car now grinds when turning left. I cant imagine the dust shield not being on could cause this could it? Could this be something I possibly didn't do correctly or could it be a bad CV boot or even a bad hub assembly on the driver side? Looking for thoughts.

Wheel bearings are Left and Right side, make sure you installed the correct one.

Wouldn't the brake shield act as a thin spacer thus changing the alignment of all of the braking components? In my head, without the shield on there, it spaces the caliper closer inside the well causing the rotor to "drag" on the inner brake pad. Never had to replace any of my hubs, so I'm just thinking out loud here.
