Pretty clean! You can clearly see where the DI fuel patterns ignites on those piston tops.

Very cool! What did you use to look inside engine Ive been thinking about doing that too. So at 220K miles how is the engine and trans holding up? Oil consumption? Mine has 148K miles I hope it lasts a long time.

Hi, I purchased the camera on Amazon for $8.00, but now it's $13.99 (which is a good price for what it does):
https://www.amazon.com/DBPOWER-Waterproof-Borescope-Endoscope-Inspection/dp/B00JERRES6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1501542032&sr=8-2&keywords=TD0310 https://www.amazon.com/DBPOWER-Waterproof-Borescope-Endoscope-Inspection/dp/B00JERRES6/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1501542032&sr=8-2&keywords=TD0310

Knock on wood the engine and transmission have always performed well. Some oil consumption. I'm sure some is burning off and I have a slow seepage around the top of the oil pan. At this mileage I'm not going to worry about it. I hope to keep the car another 1-2 years and should have around 260,000 miles. I think my next car will be a RC350 or RCF.

220,000 miles what is it a cab? Sell it and get an LS400 with equivalent amount of miles.

Send over an oil sample to Blackstone Labs, make sure nothing's wearing down prematurely
