I have it in text message. I'll have to look into the right of recession.
And this error is in the price of the truck before any TTL
Does not appear NV has any sort of cooling off or right of recession period.
So the bottom line is in the end if they won't do anything, you're screwed. I would call the manager and tell him "hey I was just looking over the paperwork and I noticed an error, the price was $1,000 more than we had agreed to before TTL, how do we go about getting that corrected?" Make sure he knows you have it in writing. See what his response is. I would escalate if it's not what you want to hear.
Did you buy it from a Ford dealer? I'd then call Ford. If you get nothing there, is contact the BBB and tear them up on every online review site you can find, Yelp, DealerRater, Google, everything you can find (that will get their attention).
Unfortunately, I agree. Only hope is the dealer values their reputation enough not to risk you blasting them (don't bet on it)
I think you guys are right. The thing that bothers me more than anything is that I'm a CPA and I missed this. I look at these forms all the time when working on client tax returns.
The salesman texted me back today and said he'll make it right tomorrow when they're open. He's been a straight shooter so far so I'm hoping he comes though. This dealer does have pretty good reviews online, and this salesman specifically is mentioned positively in many of them. Unless the reviews are all fake lol.
well it's a good sign that he said he'd make it right. if he says something about 'trying' but his boss wouldn't help or something, you might try splitting the difference and get $500 from them and you'll give them a good review.

They do seem to care about Google reviews, they asked me a couple of times to be sure to leave one.
Oh, the instant they are old enough! Still a little small right now, we're going to see some friends this summer who have some of them and we'll see if they're able to work the pedals, etc. He seems to love cars and trucks just like I always did, so hopefully that sticks.
No doubt! Guy across the street from us has an older red F150 crew cab and whenever he sees it "red truck!", and whenever he hears a truck outside he says "red truck!". Apparently it SOUNDS red!
