Dont know about the F Sport specification in the states but over in the UK, the f sport has LED lights as standard. However, we do not get the paddle shifters over here.
Every new car in Hollamd must have LEDs or other lights which a turned on when your normal lights are turned off.
My RX450h doesn't have flappy paddles, I don't think they come on the h-versions here... My car does have tiptronic...
My car is imported from Germany. In Holland we have to pay BPM (kind of tax) which makes a new RX about $20.000 more expensive here than they are in Germany. If you buy a young used car, like I did, the tax you have to pay when you bring him to Holland is about $8000... So I saved $12.000 only on the tax, and another $8000 because it was used
I know your pain. Lexus is incredibly more expensive in Canada than in the US. They build RXs just an hour from where I live, but somehow putting it on a train and shipping it to the US takes $10,000 off the price tag. That's why they build them in Canada, we have the magic cost reducing train but it doesn't make any stops here Was understandable back a few years ago when the CAD$ was only worth 0.65USD, but the last few years the CAD and USD have pretty much been even. Toyota's pricing has gotten a bit more reasonable in comparison to the last few years, but not so much Lexus.
Really, you're so lucky to live in the USA... Everything in Holland does cost two times the price than it costs in Belgium or so because of the high taxes... For example, a new Caddilac Escalade ESV costs about $200.000 here... That's why you never see them here...
