Will they be a direct fit to my sc400 other than relocating the precats? Very interested if so.

 

Post question on the sc430 forum. They probably have the answer for you. I believe they fit but you might want to check.

No, though they will bolt up fine on the motor, the y-pipe is a different angle and will require modification to the pipe to fit on the SC400. Beyond that they will bolt right up.

But what about the CEL? I read that there is a possibility this may occur. Is there a fix?

 

CEL PP430 (?) will light if the y-pipe is not connected up to the car properly. The cat gaskets must be new and the headers installed, cats, then y-pipe in that order and the flanges flush. No CEL provided there are no leaks. I even passed smog just a few weeks ago with them on my car. I also got a CEL when they cracked. $300 bucks is a great price.
