I have a 09 pebble beach
‘passenger window goes up and down when top opens and closes
passenger window goes up and down with passenger door switch
‘passenger window will go down but not up with drivers side switch
has anyone else had this? Maybe a bad switch in driver’s door
how hard to change

I have never had this problem.
if you have a multimeter, you could ohm out the switch to know for sure.
the switch is easy to change.

 

I had a very similar situation. I changed the switch and it did not fix the problem. I then changed the door window/lock controller (the computer inside the door) and it fixed the problem. I got the door controller used on ebay for about $40.00. BGW is correct however, the switch is very easy to change. Just pry up the one in the car now and unplug and reverse. Ten minutes max. I could not find a used switch and bought a new one for $239.00.
