Lexus sc430 Rear lights do not light
Rear lights do not light I checked the fuses through all the current flowing so they are ok. I drank and plugged in the plugs and still nothing.
Like we stated on the other thread of yours, you have problem with your contacts in the harnesses. You need to locate the connectors for the lights and clean them or replace them. Someone please post the lighting diagrams to help Konrad out. I think he’s chasing his tail.
Sounds like your problem is a grounding issue if more than one light isn't lighting. Plus, you said there is current flowing to them. Check the ground for the lights, where it bolts to the body/chassis. Or, as Gman said, at any connector in the lighting harnesses.
If I owned a flooded vehicle, I would disconnect, clean, and re-seat every harness connector on the vehicle, after applying a healthy dose of di-electric grease. I would do the same for every ground connection to the chassis.
