Antenna replacement

Replaced antenna mast per tsib EL004-02 successfully. However when starting car there is a whistling sound coming from radio which wasn't there before replacing. Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

It comes through the speakers? Do u get a radio station and the whistling is on top of the station? Did u do any other work while u changed the mast?
