I got the new **** and it is a perfect match. It is however not a solid one but looks just like the one in my LS-430 with leather forward. Will post pictures as soon as the rain stops!!! The same source has the solid ones but because I was not sure of the match I selected the $10 **** till I could see the color face to face. The solid one is $35

 

Easy to see difference in color with old **** on the right. Left is burled walnut and right is birds eye maple. How could they make such a mistake? But others report similar so it must have been on purpose.

Now that I know the color is right I will order the solid wood **** that doesnt have the black leather forward. It is $28 and is from a 2007 RX350

I got the one in the picture on Ebay and the one I have coming also came from Ebay. But you can find them on Amazon and AliExpress also.

 

Mine is 90% color matched.
