Both front engine motor mounts were replaced at 69,240 miles or about 30,000 ago. on 12/18/15.

Well, I'd make the comment that if you can't recreate the Lexus wine glass test, you might have it checked again.
Then again, that really isn't the proper test. With the engine at idle, make sure that the engine isn't shaking. If it doesn't, then you can have some fun and try to recreate the wine glass test like these guys did.
It is pretty impressive that they did it with a 1990 LS400 which was 21 years old at the time that they filmed this.

sounds like the P0440, P0441, P0446 faults...Evap line.

BTW, when you visit again, check the vacuum lines for cracking...I just posted a pic of one that broke the other day and caused these codes.

here it is again...
also, these are the lines that usually come off.

I believe that those are 3 of the codes that showed up.

But Steve did say they had warm donuts this morning along with fresh coffee so that is at least $10 off at Starbucks. He also said the building looked nice and the waiting room was warm. However apparently $139 does not get you a washed car.
