Default Steering Wheel Shake

I have a 2nd Gen Sc430 from Japan. 2001. I purchased it with 102,000km and it now has 142,000km. Its been nothing but awesome until this point. However some problems began when I put new rims and tires on. So I took off the stock and put some 20 inch rims on. I recently popped a tire on my 20 inch rim. When I put the stocks back on there is a really bad shake when I get to 100km h. IT runs and drives perfect otherwise. Here is a list of work I completed in trying to figure out problem....

-Went through TWO SETS of other rims and tires, neither got rid of the bad shake.
-Obviously I balanced, and did alignment. Still nothing
-Ball joints and bushings were already okay, I replaced anyways. Still bad shake.
-Replaced rotors, pads and calipers all the way around.

I have spent 2-3k this summer alone on new rims and tires plus thousands on other work to get rid of this stupid shake. The rest of the suspension is mint. I'm a young father from Canada (23) I can't afford to keep throwing away money to figure out the problem. Lexus dealership even said everything is okay and suggested I put the stocks on to get rid of the shake. It didn't help. No it's not bent axle, or rack and pinion problem, or steering column. It sucks because I do lots of hwy driving and commuting. I have nowhere else to turn, if someone can help me or offer guidance i'd be forever grateful. I just want my baby to run like she normally does.

Yes, the friend above me posted a helpful thread which narrowed down the problem to hub centric rings. I had TSW rims, and AVIS rims. Both 19, and 20 inch. Hub centric rings couldn’t fit, there was too much of a gap. Tried some is350 rims too, and still didn’t feel right and had a shake. Just went back to stock. Wasn't worth the hassle. I live in Edmonton Alberta, two tire shops said people always complain about the ride with after market wheels. So yes the shaking stopped, I put the stocks back on so I’m happy about that.

I hear the frustration in your response....you might consider contacting these folks and see what they may offer as experts, especially in the area of custom rings.

What does not make sense to me is that you said you put the stock rims back on and this did not solve the problem.

I believe he stated the shaking DID stop after returning to the OEM wheels. If I read this correctly.

In the opening post, he said :”When I put the stocks back on there is a really bad shake when I get to 100km h”. That where the contradictory is.
