My guess would be to get a grom Iphone module (or a beatsonic module)
That will integrate it into your stereo system and provide you a cable you can snake up behind the radio to power the phone & provide audio.

The one caveat is it only works for 2005 and up.
Also it is not a perfect solution because it may only work over your car speakers if your are in CD changer mode.

The Waze app is a million times better than any proprietary OEM NAV system - especially the clunky obsolete Lexus versions found in the SC and LS.

Thanks jabberwock the real reason I considered even using my iPhone was because
my screen was looking really bad and I could receive calls and use the waze for nav
im just trying to get power and maybe audio from the iPhone
