Cool remove and replace center console sc430

Please help if you can tell me how to remove and replace the center console of the sc430. Its the piece that opens for storage. Thanks

Did you do a search on the sc430 forum . Lots of posts how to also look on u tube same for rear seat back

It's actually very easy to take the console apart. I haven't yet, but I've taken the radio, navigation unit, and subwoofer out so I've run into a couple things (see photo). You'll find your way as you remove some of the interior pieces.



(#1)Pull up on both sides of the back seat and it will come right out.
(#2)The rear storage compartment has a panel just pull it out.
(#3)Push the seat heater control with your thumb and pull it out.
(#4)Pull the center console wood up and out at an angle.
(#5)There are a couple screws and fasteners left around the dash.

Just go slow, take your time and you'll see what you need to remove as you go along.
