On my 2011 RX350 the center console squeaks/rattles when I drive. It sounds like two plastic materials rubbing against each other. Has anybody else had this problem? If so what was the resolution?

Removing the center console is not hard.
Remove the 4 bolts on each seat and you can disconnect the electrical connections fairly easily. Move seats out.
Remove side panels toward rear of center console to show 4 bolts (2 each side). Remove bolts. You can then disconnect the electrical connection to remove the entire center console. Turn it over and look at it. You can lubricate anything underneath that you may want. Not sure this is your issue, but you can try it. It will take you about 30 minutes.

I agree this post should be moved. The console on the third generation RX is different. The procedure HtownBlue posted above may also be different.
