Maybe it is just me, but I'm having trouble adjusting the seat for a comfortable setting for my back and feet. I have been getting left foot heel pain from the position of the brake and gas pedal. I had a 2000 GS before and I had no problems. Anyone else noted problems and any suggestions.

It's not just you
I think the problem is that your *** is much closer to the ground in the SC than it is in the GS. I notice a difference when I move between my two cars, one of which is larger than the SC. The problem is that your knees are not bent as much when you sit in the SC.

As far as I know, other than messing around with seat adjustments, the solution is simply to practice.

How do you get "left foot" heel pain from the location of the gas pedal. Most of us use our "right" foot for this application.

There is a significant difference in the angle of your foot between having the seat entirely down, as apposed to entirely up. Try putting your seat as high as possible. Use your left foot for braking, and your right for gas.

A second possibility would to invest in a good pair of driving shoes with rounded heels. Some feel like moccasins.

You made me curious with your statement about two-footed driving. I wonder how many folks actually drive their SCs (or any car) that way?
