White G-Spider Wheels on White SC430?
I have a set of Tourmalines I plan to get chromed but I came across a set of G-Spiders on Craig's List for $200 which was an offer I couldn't refuse.
Now what to do with 3 sets of wheels?
As you can see from the pic the G-Spiders are a little scuffed up so I was thinking of getting them refinished in white. Does anyone have a pic of a white SC430 on white wheels? I've seen some examples of white-on-white cars on the Net and they look pretty good but I've yet to see a white-on-white SC430.

Loud? White on white is actually my favorite color combo. I guess it may seem a bit over the top but then again so am I...
Update with a better pic, I try to dress all white at least once a week, and yes I know I'll look like a real tool driving a white SC with white weels. Ha! I'm sure I look like a real tool just anyway

Here ya go...Google is your friend
It does look nice!
I really like this one, but would prefer a white interior to match...but the black looks nice too...
Now this might be a little over the top for me!<br/>;-)

I've seen those before, the wheels are out of proportion on the 1st and 3rd and as for the 2nd I'm more for OEM look.
I came across this in YouTube and this is more the look I like, although not an SC and not G-Spider wheels, they do share some similarities;
I can almost picture the white G-Spiders and painted black calipers on my SC and I think they will look sharp;

Again not an SC or G-Spiders but I think a closer example than the Bentely. I think I'm just going to do it. I don't think I would use the G-Spders at all over the Tourmalines unless there was something unique about them. It will probably take me a few weeks but will post pics when it's done.

I watched a few youTube videos on refinishing wheels and it seemed simple enough so I decided to do it myself. Well a few cans of Plasti-Dip white and clear and 400 grit sandpaper and the first wheel is done. The 3 others wheels are prepped and ready to go. I should have them on the car before the end of the week.

The G-Spiders are on ahead of schedule, I didn’t think refinishing the wheels would go that fast and that smooth. I checked around on a few local shops and the least expensive refinish quote was $175 per wheel. I did it myself for about $50 and with the cost of the wheels my total investment was about $250.
I think they really make a statement, white G-Spiders on a white SC look elegant and pretty sharp IMHO.
Now what to do with my Tourmalines???

Wow! I really wasn't sure how this project would turn out for you, but now that I see them on your car, I think they are very sharp and unique! I have the normal silver G-Spiders on my silver SC, so it only makes sense to put white G-Spiders on a White SC... Nice work!

Thanks for the complements guys I'm not a fan of the car bra either but it sure beats having to fill in new rock chips on the hood and bumper every other day. I'd get a clear bra but over existing "filled" rock chips it would look much, much worse. Freeway driving with lots of big trucks make it impossible to keep the finish on a daily driver pristine.
That just reminded me, a few years back I purchased a used Infiniti M45 and both the lenses on the bumper driving lights were busted. Some engineer in his infinite wisdom thought it was a good idea to make them out of thin glass. I spent $100+ on new ones and I think it was like a week later before they were busted again.
