Default 2004 sc430 build update

This has been slow but I think everything is ordered and now starting to come together. Starting a new thread because no feed back about my progress. Please reply and let me know if I'm missing something or should add something. I will be posting pics all day.... This has been a slow role because I'm here in Los Angeles Cali USA.

Here is what she use to look like..

Not sure what color to paint but either red metallic with flake or gold with flake... Or stay pearl white.

Lowenharts from Japan on the way

Stereo is in and hooked up to original stereo but og stereo in trunk... I will post pics when all done
Only thing that will work off the stock stereo is the navigation. I guess it needs the stock amp.... I have three other amps ready to be installed to push the speakers and sub...

Yes you can replace the door speakers but have to gut all.... And start fresh. Put that old stereo in trunk...

Seats are finally done. Burnt whisky tiger

I love the way the seats came out. Awesome

Been following your other thread and keeping tabs on your projects. Things are coming together but I have to admit I'm not a fan of the burnt whiskey tiger finish. Sorry. But your electronics are looking pretty dope. I also don't understand why you started a whole new thread? You should just keep updating all the things in your last thread. Seems redundant. Just my opinion.

Default More stuff

Old speakers and woofer out. Still in good shape. The 6x9 was not.

This will help the ride for sure. Can't wait

Here are the new speakers and sub

Yes a train horn. It will be mounted where the muffler was. Lol

Misc amps, wires, and a 2nd battery to be mounted in trunk

Some new blades

And yes I found it and it's here. They tried hard and it's close enough. Can't wait to see it in the car...

I bought the spare tire kit and I'm doing everything in the leather so it's in the shop now. We will see soon.

I don't think I would go with the the red metallic paint job. In my own opinion,I think that would be too much contrast & clash with the interior

Default New car vs upgrade

Couldn't justify losing this car for a new one. I figured paying to upgrade it would be well worth it instead of getting something generic and not as well made. V-8 hard top convertible. I Love this car.

Very thorough build. I'm thinking about sound deadening parts of my SC once I get my sound system together. But yours is covered in Dynamax. That thing must have an extremely solid feeling which the SC already had anyways. I wonder how much more difference it makes!
