Seat position memory is disable - how do I fix this?
I just got my car back from a body shop, after they fixed all the rock chips on the front. Now I realize the seat position memory is not working for both the driving and passenger seats. Not only the button does not move the seats, but I can't set the new positions into the memory either. Does anyone know how to fix this?

2- Slide the seat all the way back till it stop or peep.
3- Fol the seat back till the end.
4- Slide the seat forward all the way till it stopor peep.
5- fol the seat forward till the end.
6- now adjest your seat and set the memory and it will work.
"The solution

Hey guys, Look on page 147 of the owners manual, second column near the bottom. This is the answer. Any time the battery is disconnected you must go through this procedure. This is a new thing for '04.
1. Move the seat forward until you hear a beep.
2. Move the seatback angle switch forward until you hear a beep
3. Set the memory now.
The salesman tried to help me set the memory and couldn't. Had to get a service guy to do this.

'95 SC400: My memory seat control can be set. Car off, I go to the On position with the brake in Park. I set the position. I hear the beeps. I turn off my car for a few seconds and the memory maintains its settings. I turn off my car for a few minutes and it loses the settings. Anyone have any idea of what is going on?
