This is probably been talked about over and over but I'm doing the minor change conversion to my 2004 sc430. I've come up with a little dilemma. The part number for a 2006 is different from a 2007. From lexus the pricing is different too. The 07-10 is cheaper by a little bit. Does anyone know what the differences are?

 

...I'm not aware of the difference, I thought 06' up had the same bulbs.....so are you changing the lights or just the bulbs?

 

Just had the bulb changed on the passenger side of my 07 in order to pass NY state inspection. Price for just the bulb was $110, not including labor. Not sure what 06 bulb would cost.

 

The 06 has an entirely different headlamp. Do not know if the bulbs are the same. What kind of modification are you thinking of?

 

Well I got a V-Vision body kit from Japan that was built for the minor change sc430. I'm really just looking to make sure it all works out.

 

....looking good !!!...so did you buy a bumper for a 02-05 or does that fit a 06+ ??? I'm pretty sure you already know that the 06+ headlamps are completely different from the earlier models. In my experience with upgrading my bumper, I had to purchase 06+ headlights to get a proper fit.

 

Yeah I realize that. I ended up just ordering a pair of lights

 

Who did you order you v vision stuff from? I'm in Los Angeles ca area and I can't find anyone who sells this stuff
