Default A little help with prices, please

I find KBB not realistic. It seems like their prices are not on par with what's on the market, so I need your help...

SC 430 #1: 2009 Pebble Beach with 39k miles coming off a 4-year lease. Carfax and Lexus owners checks out ok. Dealer negotiated down to $35.5k (underconsideration by ME). This is about $600 over kbb retail. Can you give me prices paid for this year and model within the last 6 months?

SC 430 #2 (mine): 2002 White gold/ecru-I'm the second owner with 40k miles and have owned it 2008. Meticulous condition-upgrades include luxlink with rear quarter window, pioneer head unit with Bluetooth, nav, and backup camera, Lexus IS chrome wheels. What is my SC worth given known sales of the last 6 months. Private party and trade in values, please.

Who has traded up in this manner and do you feel it's worth it? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm going to guess 22-24k for yours.

Pull off your mods and sell them though (I'd be interested in the luxlink).

Solman: I was fishing around with my 09 PB earlier in August this year to see how other cars drive and if I was missing anything. My car broker offered $37.5k for mine since he wanted it for his wife. I think trade in was $32kish.

I'm at 40.5k miles now so mine back in August would have been...38k-39k miles. I'm in Dallas, TX and all car service done by the local Lexus dealership but I'm not sure that matters.

But trading up... unless you really want a specific PB color scheme, you might as well go from a 2002 to a 2010. New nav gen with all the updates. 2009-2010 is maybe $5k more?
