Been owning a lexus for as long as I can remember. First SC though. Snatched this 2002 with 61xxx miles. got it for thirteen. Adding it to the collection.

Wow 64,000.00 car worth every penny you paid. On the other hand you could of bought a smart car for just 3000.00 more. I think you did the right thing. It always amazes me that depreciation seems to be almost the same and the better car is usually not much more then the one you should walk away from

ExploreThat seems to be a crazy low price for one with so little miles. Is it a clear title? How did the Carfax look? Did you get it from a dealer or a private seller? I would expect to pay 13K for a 2002 with 100-130K miles, but not 61K. Did you check the Lexus dealer records? I think this is barely higher than the wholesale price with these miles.

Yeah title clear Im the second owner and I have all the service records. It was a private owner going through a divorce but I had the dealership get it for me because my bank wouldn't finance a private owner.Originally Posted by jasone36
